How i pair a second headset ?

How i pair a second headset to the base station Poly W8200B/A?

Hello, welcome to the HP Poly community.
You can set up a conference call with 3 additional headsets. 
Join Savi headsets automatically:
1. While on a call, place the guest headset into the primary user's charge cradle. The base subscription LED flashes green. 
2. The primary user will hear a request "Conference requested." To accept the request, press the primary user's headset Call button. The base subscription LED turns solid yellow to indicate conference call mode. View conference call status in Poly Lens Desktop App. 
Join Savi headsets manually:
1. While on a call, press the base subscription button. The base subscription LED flashes yellow and green. 
2. On guest headset, press and hold the Volume up button or turn the Volume wheel up until the headset LED lights up. Method varies by model. 
3. The primary user will hear "Conference requested." To accept the request, press the primary user's headset Call button. The base subscription LED turns solid yellow to indicate conference call mode. View conference call status in Poly Lens Desktop App. 
Exit a conference call: 
1. Guest headsets can remain as guests through multiple calls. To remove a guest headset, either press the guest headset's Call button or dock the primary user's headset in the charge cradle.

Thanks for your response. But I don't want to set up a conference cal. The thing is we bought the device for call taking. At the call taking, other people take turns. For this we have each bought a headset but I have to pair it back for them every time by putting it in the base station and pressing the button. But is there any way so that I don't have to go through all the steps anymore but just turn on the headset and it then connects ?

Unfortunately, we do not have any such feature where in the headset automatically pairs to the base station when it is switched on.
