I switched the bluetooth and it is blinking on the headset but when I search through my iphone, it doesn't show up.

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you're experiencing with your Savi 8220 headset. I understand how important it is to have the headset functioning properly, and I truly appreciate your patience. Let me guide you through a few troubleshooting steps that may help resolve the issue.
 

  1. Update the headset firmware: Please verify if the headset firmware is up to date. You can update the firmware using the Poly Lens application on your PC to ensure that the headset is running the latest version.
  2. Ensure No Other Device Is Connected: Please ensure that the headset is not connected to any other device via Bluetooth. After that, try restarting both your phone and the headset, then attempt to reconnect.
  3. Test on Another Device: If possible, test the headset with another mobile phone or an Android device to see if the issue is specific to your iPhone.
  4. Verify Bluetooth Settings on Your Phone: Ensure that Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and that it is visible to all nearby devices. This will help ensure that the headset can be discovered.
