My Poly Savi 8220 cannot be charged with USB while being used. When the battery is low, i have to end the meeting and recharge with the dock before continuing to use again. It has a type-C port, but it seems not to be useful for charging. My expectation is that it should be possible to charge with the type- C port while being used. Is it designed to be charged with the dock only or is there anything that can be done to get it charged while in use?

The Savi 8220 is designed to charge exclusively through its dedicated charging stand, and it does not support charging directly via USB cable. I understand this may not be ideal for your workflow, and your feedback is truly valuable. I will make sure it is shared with the relevant team for consideration.
