Hello,
I have a Poly Savi 8220 US headset (S/N2AJW59) connected to my MacBook with MacOS Sonoma 14.5 and every time I do a MS Teams call, the volume of my external speakers is increased to the maximum. It looks like that something presses all the time the louder button...
I also have the Plantronics Hub SW installed. After each Teams call I have to remove the USB dongle and plug it in again, so that the volume remains on the set level.
With other wireless headsets like Jabra and Airpods I havent any issue.
Thanks in advance.

Hi @SW_DEVELOPER_61, Welcome to Poly HP Support Community.
Kindly follow the below troubleshooting steps and test the headset.
Verify the headset is set as the default on the PC.
And if you are using a Windows PC, kindly adjust listening and speaking volumes in the computer’s sound control panel/system preferences.
Adjust listening and speaking volumes in the softphone application.
Kindly install the poly lens application using the below link, reset the headset, and test.
