Just replaced an older poly headset with the savi 8220. the older model had connectivity issues after 2 years, but never had an issue with it beeping in TEAMS.  This new one, with updated firmware, has 2-3 beeps when folks are messaging in TEAMS, any channel, so its overwhelming to keep constant triplets of beeps from the 20 channels I belong to.  The only fix, sign out of Teams.  otherwise the headset has great sound quality.  Any thoughts?

Hi @KevinK71, Welcome to Poly HP Support Community.  

 

Kindly follow below troubleshooting steps and test the headset.
 

Please connect the headset to the PC and open the Poly Lens or Plantronics Hub application. Select the headset, navigate to the settings, and then to the general options. Once there, please disable the audio channel tone or auto channel tone option.

Kindly reset the headset using the Poly Lens or Plantronics Hub application.

 

If the issue still persists, I would request that you contact HP Support, and our support engineers should be able to sort this out. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link:.
