I just got the SAVI 8220 headset and am having issues getting Poly Lens to download to my Windows 10 computer as well as to my android phone. I'm new to this technology and am trying to learn as quickly as I can. Right now, whenever my phone rings, it goes straight to the headset. I need to have the option to use/not use the headset and Lens was the only way to fix that, as I've read. I get only so far downloading Lens then it just stops. What am I doing wrong?

Sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with your Savi 8220 headset — I completely understand how important it is to have a reliable headset, especially during your workday. Let's try a few quick troubleshooting steps to help resolve the issue:
- Please uninstall the current version of the Poly Lens application from your system.
- Download the latest version from the link below.
- Run the installer in administrator mode to avoid any installation errors.

If the issue still occurs, and if you have access to another system, please try installing the Poly Lens application on a different PC. This can help rule out any system-specific issues.

This worked! Thank you so much! My next issue was that the headset automatically hooked up to my mobile phone, which I didn't want it to do and didn't know how to fix that. Once I downloaded lens, I went into settings and changed it. I hope that works.
Thank you so much!!!
