*SOLVED* 7320 Firmware Update Failure via Lens

I just realized something. I told you to use the wrong firmware! You have the 7300 Office series and I have the 7320 UC. Based on your pictures, repeat the initial steps I posted using the zip file from PID 0xAC28.

I could swear I had the 7320 UC. Mine is stereo, Poly Studio even shows it like this:

So, every time I downloaded firmware I always chose this one in red:

Seems to make sense right? The tool says it's a Savi 7320 Series, so that's the firmware to use. Except when it's not! Your observation to use the 7300 Series option in green make all the difference. Check it out:

Now, I don't know what a Savi W7320T is, exactly, but the errors make it clear what works, and what doesn't:
