I cannot pair my work phone with Savi 740 via Bluetooth. When I pressed the Bluetooth button on the base, it flashed a red LED four times. From the Poly Lense software, Bluetooth is enabled, and it was working fine with my old work phone. Do you have any ideas how to fix this?

Kindly follow the below troubleshooting steps and test the headset.


Kindly clear the Bluetooth connected device history in the iPhone 13 by going to the Bluetooth settings, my device list
Kindly verify and update the headset firmware using the Plantronics Hub application on the PC.

Kindly reset the headset using the Plantronics Hub application on the PC and test the headset.

How do I reset the headset from the Plantronics hub or poly lens? 

Just to mention again, the Bluetooth LED on the base is flashing red. So it never goes in pairing mode and never paired with IPhone 13. Thanks.

To reset the headset, kindly connect the headset to the PC and open the Plantronics Hub/Poly Lens application. Select the headset, go to the setting option, and reset/restore.
