Starting last night, both SAVI 740's no longer working for USB or Bluetooth audio.  And the Plantronics Hub software update will not install. Any others out there having the same issue?

Hi @KoryJ, Welcome to Poly HP Support Community.  

 

Kindly disconnect all the connections on the Savi 740, restart the headset, and reconnect using the Bluetooth option. Make sure the connection is as per the user guide below the link.

Also, for USB connection, kindly try with a different port and remove the dock station if you have connected.
