I’m really sorry to hear about the trouble you're experiencing with your Savi W710 headset. I completely understand how important it is to have your headset functioning properly, especially when it’s essential to your work.
To help resolve this, I recommend checking for any available firmware updates. You can do this by downloading the Plantronics Hub application. Once installed, connect your headset to your PC, and the app will let you know if a firmware update is available, allowing you to update your headset with ease.
