I am attempting to update my software, but the update button will not let me click on it:

  1. Completely uninstall the Poly Lens application from your system.
  2. Reinstall the latest version of Poly Lens by downloading a fresh installer from the link below:

  3. If the issue still persists, try updating the firmware on a different PC that has the Poly Lens application installed.
