Hi, could anyone help me locate the part number to order a replacement baseplate for my Savi 8400 base unit. The plate that just clips into the bottom of the unit has been "lost" and without the plate to counterbalance it the unit topples over when you plug in the headset. I have a workaround but its just annoying to have to prop the unit up for the want of the countbalance plate!
Many thanks!

Hi Meghana,
Thank you for the response, but unfortunately, it does not resolve my issue.
The part numbers you've provided are for the cradles that are not what is shown in the photo.
I have uploaded a new photo showing the correct part (red arrow)
Thanks
Chris

Thank you for your patience, @Cmcdona
This is to inform you that the base plate that you are looking for is not sold separately; only the cradle is sold separately. However, if you want to purchase a new one, you should be purchasing the entire charging cradle.
