Hello Frinds and Collegues,

 

Please advise me on 0021-0180 code. It occures when I do head cleaning. All nozzles are doing well but the black is almost absent. I run the printer without the right cover and see that the tubes to services station pump are not full and the pump do not rotate while head cleaning.

That code is caused by a leak in the air pump. Probably a failed hose somewhere in the service station.

Hello, Repair trooper,

Thanks for your time and co-operation. Could it be the primal pump failure? I'm pretty experienced with Epson plotters and these HP are one-offs for the moment. Can you gide me where I can get service manuals? Thanks in advance .
