If you enter that number into google search it will bring up some explanations of the code.

 

Have you done any work on the trailing cables lately?  That error indicates a possible problem with the connection.  

I don't work for HP....I just repair their printers.

Yes it was related to trailing cable , the cable was not properly fixed , now it's working fine. Thanks for your support guys
