Hi @Jayhapon ,

The 21:13 error on an HP DesignJet printer typically indicates a "Service Station Failure.

" This error often occurs due to issues with the service station or a paper jam within the printer. Since you've already checked for paper fragments and restarted the printer without success, here are some additional steps you can take to try and resolve the issue:

1. Ensure that you have thoroughly checked for any paper fragments or foreign objects that might be obstructing the service station or paper path. Even tiny pieces can cause problems, so be meticulous in your inspection.

2. If you haven't already, clean the service station area. Sometimes, dried ink or debris can accumulate in this area, causing issues. Be cautious while cleaning and follow your printer's manual for instructions on how to do this properly.

3. With the printer turned off, open the service station access door. Turn the printer back on and check if the service station moves during initialization. If it doesn't, this might indicate a problem with the service station motor or related components.

4. Inspect the printer for any ink leaks or spillage. Leaking ink can gum up the service station and other critical parts, leading to errors.

I hope it helps you !

Best regards,

Hi @Jayhapon

This is an error in the Service Station (located in the inner right corner, where the print carriage parks for cleaning).

Follow the steps below:
- Turn off the Designjet and remove the power cable;

- Try to move the print carriage to the center with your hands (if it is stuck, do not force it to avoid breaking it);

- Clean the right corner and check if there are any pieces of paper stuck;

- After cleaning the inside, turn on the Designjet;

- If the problem does not resolve, you will need to call a Specialist to replace the Service Station.

Best regards,
