Thank you for reaching out!

Here are some steps you can take to resolve the issue with your HP DesignJet T530 printer:

  1. Power Reset:

    • Turn off your printer and disconnect the power cord.
    • Wait for about 60 seconds before reconnecting the power cord.
    • Turn the printer back on to see if the error persists.
  2. Cartridge Reinstallation:

    • Open the ink cartridge access door.
    • Carefully remove the new ink cartridge and inspect it for any packaging materials or protective tapes that were missed.
    • Reinsert the ink cartridge securely into its slot and ensure it clicks into place.
  3. Check for Obstructions:

    • Ensure there is nothing obstructing the ink cartridge slot or the carriage path.
    • Check for any paper jams or small pieces of paper inside the printer that might be causing the issue.
  4. Firmware Update:

    • Make sure that your printer's firmware is up to date. Visit the HP Support website to download and install any available updates for your printer model.
  5. Printer Diagnostics:

    • Access the printer's control panel and use the built-in diagnostics or troubleshooting functions to identify and resolve any issues.
  6. Driver Update:

    • Ensure that your printer drivers on the Windows 10 system are up to date. Visit HP's official website to download the latest drivers compatible with your operating system.

Please keep us posted if this helps or if you need any additional assistance.
