Getting a 79:04 error on power up. Can ping the device IP address successfully but cannot connect to Embedded Web Server to initiate firmware update. Is there an alternate method for updating the firmware?

You might want to search on emergency firmware upgrade for this model, I'm using my phone right now and I do get matches but it's also past my bedtime so I'm not going to do any more research.

You can even click both buttons. . .

This solution provided by HP Expert SHThompson was right on the money.
The 79:04 issue was caused by a queued print job. The workaround to first disconnect the printer from the network and then power cycling enabled me to be able to connect to the Embedded Web Server and update the firmware to 11.0.1.1 -- many thanks!
