DesignJet T2300 MFP
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Customer has not been able to print to machine for some time. I tried printing internal test prints, but it gets stuck in queue and won't progress. I try to power down, but I get the 79.2:04 error and the printer freezes up. Power button will not work. I have to unplug it from the wall. Startup has no issues. Well, a message that a scanner CIS is failing, but I think that is another matter altogether. The firmware is up to date. Gut instinct says to replace HDD. Any other views?
