If I recall correctly T610/T1100 have asymetric belt type. You will have to check the belt inside: if sliders to tooths change on belt is slipping over the motor during movement in exact position where 86:01 occurs than belt is misspositioned on carriage.
If belt is positioned good than check vertical position of service station in zone where it needs to lock the carriage to self (top right position of carriage).

Thank you for the help. During the course of troubleshooting we discovered a broken carriage bushing, damaged encoder and the carriage belt tension had been left loose. Correcting these problems did no resolve the 86:01. Finally I removed the new belt and reinstalled it. That resolved the problem to spite the fact that during install I did not discover any other issues.
