HP Latex 360 Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Latex 360 printer. My boss wants to know if dye sub ink will work in it. I assume that it won't, but can't seem to find any specific list of acceptable inks, or if it is a thermal printer or piezo technology. I don't want to sound stupid so would like as much specific and thorough information as possible before I give him an answer. This is new technology for our print shop, and I volunteered to learn how to use it. Any help would be much appreciated.

Here's a link to the Latex Printer forum.  You might get a better answer there:

I would think it wouldn't be possible use dye ink on a latex printer but best to pose the question to other latex ink users.

Good luck.

I don't work for HP....I just repair their printers.
