Hi, I'm trying to set up the plotter so that I can track jobs by Account ID.  I can only find how to enable this feature; I can't find anything on how to set the Ids or how someone enters the code if they want to print and this feature is enabled.

I did find out that a user should be able to enter an account number on the printer preferences.  But there should be an accounting tab.  When I open printer preferences, the accounting tab is missing.

Thanks,

Michael Kohler

I've solved this as best I can.

When you press print and hit Plotter Preferences in Layout/Output is a way to enter an ID, see picture Plotter Preferences.

Also connecting to the plotter via the IP address, you can enter the code by clicking on the job name in the jop queue you can

enter the code.PlotStatus.pngPlotter Preferences.png
