Recently I logged into the web interface for our plotter to check our print jobs and noticed that I was being asked to sign in with a username and password. Looking into this a little bit more I noticed that other features are also locked out. such as the security menu. Is there anyway to reset this account or the plotter to get rid of this security setting. No one seems to remember setting an account up when we purchased the plotter so we can't recover the password or username.

Thanks.

You will likely need to use the pre-boot diagnostic menu and reset or format the system.  I don't have Key sequence in front of me at the moment.

You are referring to the EEROM Reset utility correct?
