I'm experiencing an issue with the admin lock on my DesignJet (T520) printer. I have performed the hard reset but am unable to connect to the network wirelessly. There is an admin lock on several functions. Any suggestions?

Can you clarify, did you run the OOBE (out of box expereince) reset? If not that would be the step that would clear that. I am not sure if you can reach that option from the Customer support menu and my agreement with HP prevents me from disclosing technician access codes to customers, that is where I would look first.

Thanks for responding! I have done the hard reset- this is one of the options in the Setup Menu on the unit.
