Product: LATEX 360/64 CUTTER

I moved shops and setup my equipment. My latex 360 is now printing the black/yellow barcode instead of the black one for print/cuts. I changed my latex 64 cutter to read the yellow barcode, but all my cuts are 1/4" off. I've contacted Flexi, and they did mention the yellow barcode is the old one, but they were unaware of how to fix it.

 

Can someone please help me? idc what color the barcode is as long as it will cut correctly.
