Product: Designjet T1200

My Printer is a Design Jet T12000, I have plugged it in to both network and power and attempted to turn it on, however the power button is just blinking green.

 

I read that this means the printer is starting up but it has been close to 30 mins and the printer has done nothing, thank you

maybe hardisk problem..... normal bootup should be around 5 minutes....

 

switch off power, unscrew & move up formater board, wait a minute & push it down & power on,

see the dislay screen, if any charactors... might   08:11 error...
