We have two problems:
1) Large amounts of blue ink are leaking from the print head into tray 2 leaving blotches on the paper there and causing runs of blue ink as the paper goes through the printer.
2) We have striping issues when printing in color.
Help please!

Two possible causes of an ink leak with this series.
1. leaking cartridge, remove the cyan cartridge and examine the slot it plugs into with a flashlight to see if there is ink there. If yes, try another cartridge
2. The bladder in the printhead itself has ruptured, in which case, the printer is non-repairable as the printhead assembly sells for more than a new printer.
