HP DesignJet T830 MFP
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Good day,

Something strange happened from December 1 2020.

Our company has several HP 8600 series and 8700 series printers and an HP T830 plotter which are network connected.

The company installed a Ricoh MP C307SPF printer to the network on December 1 2020, and since then several of our HP printers have displayed a blue screen with various error messages ONLY when the network cables are plugged in to them.

The error messages still appears even after turning off and disconnecting the Ricoh printer from the network, so we are not too sure if it's the actual cause.

The T830 firmware is CANDELPR2N001.1810A.00

The 8600 firmware is CLP1CN1232AR

The 8610 has the latest firmware from HP

These error messages includes the following codes:

B89E8B1E, B8A0F76A, on the 8600, and 8610 printers and B8CB10F6 on the T830

Has any brave sole come across this? Is it an HP Christmas surprise?
