Product: HP DesignJet T210 24-in Printer

When power is applied, the HP splash screen displays and then is quickly replaced with a blue screen error code: B8000414. There is no paper jam or even paper loaded at this point. The printer worked fine yesterday but today it has failed. We are at a loss. Suggestions other than throw it in the dumpster?
