I'm getting the Blue Screen with error code 00541654. I've seen a few posts saying to remove the cartridges and print head to try to remove this error. Is there a way to manually move the print head so I can remove it? Currently it is in the far right position and not accessable. I want to try this before I try to replace the ecrypted chip or call a service tech that will be costly. Thanks is advance for the help

Thank you for using the HP forum.
Error : Blue error Code 00541654
Problem Description: Front panel truns in blue screen with error
The possible cause could be: Main pca
Corrective Action:
1. Turn off the plotter, remove the power\network\usb cables from the plotter.
leave the plotter idle for 3 to 5 mins.
2. Turn on the plotter in stand alone mode, if still same error persists Main pca needs to be replaced.
3. For the part replacement, contact HP on toll free number for the respective region support.
