Solved!

Blue screen error B3D43038. HP DesignJet T120.

Hello,

What does the error mean? Google knows nothing about it.

Could you help with a solution, please?

Yes, there is a problem with the the USB or firmware/data on it.  There is no option for a plain user to load firmware on USB to make it work, the data on USB is encrypted. 

Replacing USB with previously loaded encrypted data will solve blue screen error.

I didn't get it clearly.
Do you mean the usb-drive with firmware onboard is broken? And we need a new one? 

Can we just upload the firmware to current usb-drive?
