Hi everybody...
I was plotting and all of the sudden I got a blue screen with the error number B3313384.
The most scary thing is that this error in no where to be found on the internet! Is like basically unknow.
Already unplugged, drain the power supply, replugged, unplugged the ethernet conncection. As soon you turn it on it takes like 3 or 5 seconds to get you the blue screen.
Help!

Hi,
Please try removing the ink cartridges, printhead, paper, replacing the power cable and another power outlet. If you still have the problem, please replace the Main PCA (P/N: CQ890-67097). If it is covered under warranty.
PartSurfer: http://partsurfer.hp.com/Search.aspx?SearchText=CQ890-67081
N.B: Part No. CQ890-67081 is an older revision.
If not covered under warranty you may replace Encrypted chip which is failed on the mainboard inside the printer you can buy it on ebay: http://www.ebay.com/itm/282153834889
Thanks,
Rashed

Hi,
Have you try booting the printer without connectivity cable, printhead and paper?
Some one on another post replaced the power cable and looks like that helped.
If you already tried all that and still get the error you will need to replace the Main PCA
