I am unable print borderless prints. Tried every option I can think of.  And spent hours in forums.

I have the borderless option checked in the print options.

I changed the settings on the printer.
Settings > Default printing configuration > Margins > Borderless
Settings > Default printing configuration > Borderless method > Keep scaling

But still get "the image is larger than the paper's printable area; some clipping will occur." when I go to print. And get a small border around every print. Is the HP driver causing this or Photoshop?

Are you printing from a computer or from a thumb drive?

According to the user manual, any settings on the front panel are over-ridden by the computer settings you set up in the Setup Page.

Do you have vertical cutters on this printer?

How big/small are the margins that come out when printed?

I don't work for HP....I just repair their printers.

Printing from a computer. Yes, it has a vertical cutter. The margins are about 3mm.
