Hello,

 

The wifi blue light wont turn on, and when I try to set up my printer on my new office's wifi router the same message keeps popping up "Built-in network capabilities have been disabled. Contact your network administrator or the person who set up the printer" .  I try to access the connectivity tab on the menu but the same message pops up.

Have you tried connecting an network cable and accessing the EWS that way? A factory reset might also resolve the issue.
