I have several HP plotters that need to replace the Carriage Rail Oiler part Q6675-60043.
Since they cost more than €50 and the only damaged part is the lubrication strip, I'd like to replace just that. The one in the photos is new; now it's all broken.
It's not available as a replacement, and I wanted to find out from someone more knowledgeable about the material it's made of so I can find it on the market.
It looks like a compact sponge, but I don't know what material it's made of.
Can you tell me or help me?HP Q6675-60043 Carriage Rail Oiler2.JPGHP Q6675-60043 Carriage Rail Oiler.JPG

Check with LPSCOMPUTER.com They make a lot of aftermarket parts for designjets.
