Can a profile be tweaked?

I'd like to be able to tweak paper profiles but don't know if it's possible. Anyone out there found a way to do this?

Sorry, that was a bit vague. I just moved from a Z3200 to a Z9. Printing the same image on the same paper, the prints do not match. Since the inks are different and black seems to be more prominent, I'm just wondering if one can get into a paper profile to make adjustments to individual color responses.
