Can't print specifically D or Arch D sizes using DesignJet T630 on multiple computers.
-Prints other sizes fine without issue
-Windows 10 is fully up to date
-Tried nuking the print drivers completely and installing latest drivers from HP website
- Connectivity over network has no issues
- Firmware is up to date on the printer itself
- Reset windows spooler multiple times
-power cycled printer multiple times now
-tried multiple source files
-Windows print queue shows it in a printing status
-Printer starts to spool up then just doesn't print
- Doesn't show any errors in windows 10 nor on the printer
- No print job present in the alert list on the printer
- happening on multiple computers
- Tried lowering DPI and print settings to as low as possible, because i thought maybe it was a data overload issue with the printer itself.
Anyone have any ideas? this has me ripping my hair out. I really don't want to have to try re-imaging these computers just for it to continue to fail.
