I cacelled a job in the cue while in the processing stage. Now it seems to be stuck on the cancel.  I have waited for an hour, tried restarting the printer.  After restart the job goes back to processing status, and hangs there as well. Jobs are submitted through the web interface, so it is not a local computer problem.

Anyone know how to clear the cue, process etc?

Much Thanks,

Hi,

Disconnect the lan cable, clear the job Q and then reboot the printer.

If the job hung again, do a restore factory settings.

Now, if you have any costume paper presets make a backup before doing the reset

Best regards
