Product: HP Latex 115
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Is there any way to connect my HP Latex115 directly to my RIP PC via USB instead of wirelessly? I have connected and chosen the port "HP USB 1" but when I send the job, the status reads "Cannot find port."  With the wireless connection, I'm having issues with job interruptions when nesting mutliple jobs.

 

And please do not simply provide a link to the user manual -- I have read the user manual and this is not mentioned there. Thanks.

There are not that many Latex Experts on this consumer product forum.

But, there is a Latex Knowledge Center with it's own forum here.
