We've moved our offices and we're trying to connect our T790 plotter printer. We've used the connectivity wizard to connect to the network, but we're getting error messages about our Gateway at around step 7 or 8 when trying to connect to the internet. We have the printer's current IP address; any suggestions?

Hi,
What exact feature are you trying to access with the printer?
Is the printer currently connected to the network with an Ethernet cable? what is its current IP Address?
