DesignJet T3500
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Has anyone else experienced frequent paper jams on the T3500 plotter, pretty much from day one?  And has anyone been able to find any causes and solutions that they can share?  The jams are occurring inside the plotter, but we suspect that it may be related to the stacker, which has never seemed to work very well.  We aren't heavy users, and we typically plot basic architectural plans on standard 20lb bond.  We have had technicians come in and update firmware and drivers, and take the device apart for cleaning and inspection, but haven't found a cause or solution.

The only noted issue I could find was a possible miss-alignment of an encoder PCA. This usually presents as an 86 error on startup. Do you get a code when the jam occurs?
