DesignJet T2300 MFP
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Designjet T2300 MFP would not print. Job queue would freeze at 'Waiting to Print'. Cancelling jobs would bring up 79.2:04 error. 79.2:04 error also occurs when powering off at the control panel. Tried downgrading firmware, but Initializing froze at 20%. Removed printheads, inks, reseated formatter and powered up again. During initialization, message flashed that CIS element was failing. Printer went into Ready mode after installing inks and printheads. Now it will print internal prints and from USB.

Replaced Scanner element, but the next CIS then showed as failing. Replaced it and message moved to next CIS. In Service Calibrations Menu, tried to perform Scanner Validation, but message says, 'Scanner not available'. Just tried to calibrate, but the scanner will not pick up the paper. Could the issue with the scanner be related to the firmware error?
