I know the printer is old but the question is fairly basic. I'm trying to print from a CAD program called Tukatech. I have successfully printed already BUT the problem is the scale is off. In the picture below you see (circled in red) the incorrect scale.
Wrong scale
And so open PROPERIES and successfully create a custom setting. This setting is IDENTICAL to another PC that has Tuka on it. Both PCs are using the same exact printer.Custom settings
The custom setting saves as CUSTOM MOD. But when I save this, click okay, and return to the print setup window -- CUSTOM MOD isn't there.
Custom Mod not available
That's where I'm stuck. hElp! 😉

I found in this forum advice on how to attack this. The solution was to change the settings via the Windows 10 control panel. When I did it THIS way I was able to access my custom settings.
A new problem emerged -- but it's likely related to the Tuka software.
