Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Custom paper size not available in printing preference. How can I print suppose 24 in x 48 in print?

I print via Adobe and never at a standard size, you need to go to Page set up, Paper size then scroll right to the bottom to Manage paper size then you will have a dialogue box to set your paper size, borders and Name.
