HP Latex 64 Plus Cutting Solution
Microsoft Windows 11

I have tried a double cut,  but my cutter 64 will not cut through 15 mil laminate with a 6 mil substrate.  Any suggestions?  I have my blade locked in at 30 degrees and  I have tried it  55 degrees  but it seems too sloppy.  I am trying to cut through some heavier motorcycle material and cannot get the blade to cut through it.   Any suggestions would be helpful??

Hi,

here is a video on how to adjust cutters depth for that laminated vinyl an if cutter still marks where it should cut, raise the knife pressure.  I'm using separate cutter and for cutting same vinyl with this thick laminate, needed to double the force (knife pressure)  and needed to extract knife a lot. If I'm usually cutting with force 26 - for this sandwich needed to use 39-40. (your values should be different from my settings because of different cutter,  I'm just giving an example). Also you might need to lower the speed for precise cutting...
