I HAVE A DESIGNJET T530 SET FOR A COUOLE OF MONTHS PRINTS BLANK PAGES. I INSTALLED A NEW PRINT HEAD AND BRAND NEW HP CARTRIDGES. STILL PRINTS BLANK PAGESL. UNINSTALLED SOFTWARE REINSTALLED STILL PRINTS BLANK PAGES. CLEANED CARTRIDGES AND ALIGNED PRINT HEAD. ST

I installed genuine hp print head. This fixed the problem. Plotter now works fine. HP was very helpful on solving my problem. I had installed an off brand print head. Plotter would not align print head and would not print black. Conclusion always use original HP parts.

did you replaced the printhead with an original one ? if no  try to replace with original.  if no check if the printer prints diagnostic print  from the image quality maintenance menu if there is a print  search in the driver  section
