Hello, 

our Designjet T525 printer is printing in wrong papersize. In Acrobat it is clearly visible that the document size is 785,6 x 420,2mm, but the printer is showing document size 

863,6 x 558,8 mm. No matter if we choose adjust, shrink, fit or fit to scale, and if we untick choose paper size to according to,.. it does not change. the after rotating the page in vertical, because we are using 420 mm paper it shows error on plotter, because it´s asking for 558,8mm paper size.

If we try to choose custom paper size to create one (785,6 x 420,2mm) the HP6AC100 Printing preferences freezes, and all we can do is 

to stop the acrobat service, then stop the LFPDriverUI.V4

We have had unistalled the HP DRIVERS and install them again, not solving the problem.
