HP DesignJet T630 24-in Printer

Printer stopped cutting paper after print.  Even in the setting under Form Feed and Cut it does not cut.  Seems like cutter in loose and tilted forward and not latching onto the print head.  IS the cutter head broken?  Can this be repaired?

Perhaps, reinstalling the cutter will solve the problem.

If the printhead attempts to grab the cutter and goes through the motions but does not actually cut, or is very noisy when cutting then it is very possible that the cutter is damaged and may need to be replaced.
