Product: Design Jet Z5400
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When we turn it on it says Initializing 1%. Then on the display it reads 08:11

restart the printer if this persist **bleep**.  There is a blinking light in back on the formatter.

Please help?
