Design Jet Z5400
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Design Jet Z5400 turns power off suddenly while printing and won't turn back on for a very long time. The error message is "switching power off" and when I try turning it back on the message is "if the problem persists **bleep**". Can anyone help?

 

Note: I print from USBs. No connection problem.

Are there any messages with a numeric error code in the event logs? Are you connected directly to power or running through a surge protector or UPS?

There are no numeric codes in the event logs. The printer is usually connected by a UPS but I also tried connecting it directly to the power outlet. Still the same problem.
