Hi

I'm new to plotters, so bear with me.

a user who had been using the plotter for a long time, has now reported that the plotter is doing some odd things.

  1. it will only print off 1 copy of A1 or A0
  2. when the settings are set to print as A1, A0 etc, when she goes to print, it only prints on A4.

She is using DWG images,

Any advice on what i need to check with the user?

Thanks

Damien

sorry

should have got back to you sooner,

i updated the firmware and added the V4 driver , and then set the defaults to Roll, A0 etc.

and that seems to have fixed the issue.

we were using a driver that was at least 2 years old.

Thanks!
